The Bemus Point (James Spitznagel and J. Robert Lennon) uses synthesizers, drum machines, samples, and guitars to create intuitive live-in-the-studio music, which they slice, condense, and layer into complete compositions. Influenced by ambient, techno, dance, and musique concrète, their songs are jarring but melodic, strange and familiar.
